This rich, luscious salty & sweet cookie is handcrafted by combining caramel — two ways! — with creamy milk chocolate and Maldon’s premium sea salt flakes. Think, our ooey-gooey cookie dough enhanced with buttery caramel. Then add even more caramel with premium chocolatier Callebaut’s golden caramel chips. Then throw in creamy milk chocolate chunks that melt in your mouth with every bite. And finally, top it all off with a sprinkle of our favorite Maldon sea salt for that addictive salty & sweet punch. This cookie delivers an explosive flavor profile — salty, sweet, creamy, punchy, and outrageously decadent.
Hand-crafted using only the finest ingredients and baked fresh to order, these decadent mega cookies have a crunchy exterior, a melt-in-your-mouth interior, and are packed-full of both premium milk chocolate chunks and golden caramel chips.
Our cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week (though it takes serious character to not devour them long before that.) You can eat them as-is, or heat them in a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 2-4 minutes, until warm and gooey.
You can freeze the cookies; if you choose to do so, we recommend that you individually wrap each one before storing them in the freezer. Whenever you’re ready to have the cookies – just pop them into a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 5-10 minutes, or until they’re heated through.
And, pro tip: You really DON’T want to keep your cookies in the refrigerator and you DON’T want to heat them in the microwave. Trust us on this one.
