Limited Edition: The Umami Cookie

The ultimate foodie’s confection, our handmade Umami Cookie is the go-to for anyone looking to elevate their salty-and-sweet dessert game.

This intensely fragrant and decadently delicious cookie is handcrafted using three main ingredients: white miso, white chocolate, and walnuts. The deep savory earthiness of miso paste, paired with the creamy sweetness of white chocolate chips, creates an unexpected, sophisticated, and absolutely addictive flavor combination. Not to mention, this is one of our ooey-gooey-est cookies to date, and – making things even more exciting – it’s laced with crunchy walnut chunks for that added textural layer. The result is a perfect balance of sweet, salty, creamy, and crunchy, in every single bite.

But how strong is the miso flavor, you ask? It’s not. We use it subtly, like a secret ingredient, in just the right amount that makes you think, “I have no idea what’s in this cookie, but I can’t stop eating it.”

Hand-crafted using only the finest ingredients and baked fresh to order, these decadent mega cookies have a crunchy exterior, a melt-in-your-mouth interior, and are packed-full of premium white chocolate chips.

Our cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week (though it takes serious character to not devour them long before that.) You can eat them as-is, or heat them in a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 2-4 minutes, until warm and gooey.

You can freeze the cookies; if you choose to do so, we recommend that you individually wrap each one before storing them in the freezer. Whenever you’re ready to have the cookies – just pop them into a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 5-10 minutes, or until they’re heated through.

And, pro tip: You really DON’T want to keep your cookies in the refrigerator and you DON’T want to heat them in the microwave. Trust us on this one.
