Chocolate & Tahini Brownies


The perfect balance of salty and sweet, traditional and modern. A rich brownie batter made using dark chocolate and extra-brut cocoa powder, baked with a swirl of tahini on top.

You can eat these brownies as-is, or, if you want to get fancy – warm them up and serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Yum.

You can eat the brownies as-is, or heat them in a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 2-3 minutes, until warm and gooey.

We suggest storing these brownies in an airtight container. You can freeze the brownies; if you choose to do so, we recommend that you individually wrap each one before storing them in the freezer. Whenever you’re ready to have them – just defrost fully at room temprature, or pop them in a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) for a few minutes oven until warm through.

And, pro tip: You really DON’T want to keep these in the refrigerator and you DON’T want to heat them in the microwave. Trust us on this one.
