OUR BAKES
Yes! All the items ordered online are baked fresh to order, on the same day that your order is being packaged and shipped. As a general rule, it’s usually no more than a few hours between when your items were baked until they’re already at the shipping facility.
Yes, we do! And they happen to be some of our most famous products! Our Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies were featured in The New York Times and Thrillist, and we also offer vegan scones, granola bars, and energy bars. Please be sure to check out our Food Allergy section as well as specific information in each of our individual product descriptions.
While we’re not certified Kosher, we’re “Kosher friendly” and a vegetarian establishment with vegan options.
Our cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week (though it takes serious character to not devour them long before that.) You can eat them as-is, or for optimal ooey-gooey results, heat them in a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 2-4 minutes, until warm and gooey.
You can freeze the cookies; if you choose to do so, we recommend that you individually wrap them before storing them in the freezer. Whenever you’re ready to have them – just pop them into a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 5-10 minutes, or until they’re heated through.
And, pro tip: You really DON’T want to keep your cookies in the refrigerator and DON’T want to heat them in the microwave. Trust us on this one.

SUBSCRIPTION
It’s super easy to subscribe to your favorite coffee or baked good so you never run out! There are no subscription fees and no long-term commitments, and – you get a 5% discount on subscription items!
To subscribe to any of our items available for a subscription option: (1) pick the product you wish to subscribe to; (2) select the “Subscribe and Save” option on the product page (you will see a 5% discount applied to that item); (3) select the delivery frequency (you can choose between 2, 4 or 6 weeks); and (4) add the product to your cart and continue with the checkout process as usual.
We will deliver your first order like any other order placed (check out the Shipping & Returns portion of our FAQ page for more information). We will then continue to ship to you the items you subscribed to at the frequency you selected (i.e., if you selected a 2-week subscription, we’ll create a new shipment to deliver the items to you every two weeks). Please note that we cannot ship subscription items to multiple addresses.
Our shipping fees are unchanged for subscription items: we offer free nationwide shipping for all orders over $55, and if your recurring subscription order is less than $55, we offer a flat shipping rate of either $10, $15 or $20, calculated based on the order shipping address.
You can easily adjust or cancel your subscription: You will receive a reminder email three days before your next order processes to ensure you have time to adjust your subscription – you can add products, remove products, or skip if you’re set for the month. You can also go into your Account (you can access it on the top right of the website header) and click on "Manage Subscriptions."
Yes. There are no subscription fees, no long-term commitments, and no cancelation penalties. You can easily skip or cancel your subscription directly online, starting with the next order that hasn’t been processed yet – just go into your Account (you can access it on the top right of the website header) and click on "Manage Subscriptions."
Please note that there are no returns or exchanges for orders that have already been processed.
You will be charged when your order is processed.
We will send you a reminder email three days before your next order processes to ensure you have time to adjust your subscription – you can add products, remove products, or skip if you’re set for the month. If you don’t take any action to modify your subscription before the processing time, we will go ahead to process your order and charge you once it’s processed. Please note that there are no returns or exchanges for orders that have already been processed.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free online shipping for all orders over $55. For orders below $55, we offer a flat shipping rate of either $10, $15 or $20, calculated based on the order shipping address.
Unfortunately, we don’t currently have that option available, but we’re working on it! If you want next-day delivery in NYC, email us at info@sevengramscaffe.com so we can see if we can arrange messenger service. Otherwise, our baked good items arrive within approximately 2-5 business days from the day they're shipped.

We ship nationwide within the U.S. (including Alaska). Due to the nature of our products (you know, food and perishable items ) we don’t currently ship for addresses outside the U.S.
