We’re obsessed with coffee. We’re obsessed with chocolate chip cookies. Enter: A handmade, outrageously ooey-gooey cookie that is every coffee lover’s dream. This innovative cookie is crafted using our very own freshly-roasted Signature Espresso Blend coffee beans, mixed straight into our famous cookie batter. It’s then laced with premium caramel-infused Belgian chocolate, and a mouth-watering amount of dark chocolate chunks.
The result is an intensely coffee-forward cookie with deep chocolaty notes from both the freshly-roasted coffee and the dark chocolate, a buttery, creamy sweetness of caramel, and just a hint of sea salt.
Hand-crafted using only the finest ingredients and baked fresh to order, these decadent mega cookies have a crunchy exterior, a melt-in-your-mouth interior, and are packed-full of premium dark chocolate chips and premium Belgian caramel chocolate.
Our cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week (though it takes serious character to not devour them long before that.) You can eat them as-is, or heat them in a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 2-4 minutes, until warm and gooey.
You can freeze the cookies; if you choose to do so, we recommend that you individually wrap each one before storing them in the freezer. Whenever you’re ready to have the cookies – just pop them into a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 5-10 minutes, or until they’re heated through.
And, pro tip: You really DON’T want to keep your cookies in the refrigerator and you DON’T want to heat them in the microwave. Trust us on this one.
