As part of our newest cookie line, the Stuffed Cookies – our ooey-gooey signature cookie dough, stuffed with the most delicious fillings we could think of – meet The Biscoff: Our signature cookie dough packed with milk chocolate disks, stuffed with an obscenely thick layer of Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter, and then sprinkled with crushed Biscoff cookie dust, because why not. Expect a wow effect when you break into the cookie – with melty chocolate and oozing Biscoff Cookie Butter – followed by a cookie that is chocolatey, creamy, buttery and ultra-Biscoff-y.
Hand-crafted using only the finest ingredients and baked fresh to order, these decadent mega cookies have a crunchy exterior, a melt-in-your-mouth interior, and are packed-full of premium milk chocolate and Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter.
Our cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week (though it takes serious character to not devour them long before that.) You can eat them as-is, or heat them in a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 2-4 minutes, until warm and the chocolate turns melty.
You can freeze the cookies; if you choose to do so, we recommend that you individually wrap each one before storing them in the freezer. Whenever you’re ready to have the cookies – just pop them into a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 5-10 minutes, or until they’re heated through.
And, pro tip: You really DON’T want to keep your cookies in the refrigerator and you DON’T want to heat them in the microwave. Trust us on this one.
