Dubai. Stuffed. Cookie. Meet our newest limited edition stuffed cookie: We take our ooey-gooey cookie dough and infuse it with dark cacao. We then lace it with melty milk chocolate. And then we stuff with it with kataifi dripping in pistachio paste, tahini, and crunchy kataifi. This cookie delivers a major wow factor when you break into it, and every bite delivers a play on crunchy, nutty, sweet, salty, and ultra-chocolaty.
Hand-crafted using only the finest ingredients and baked fresh to order, these decadent mega cookies have a crunchy exterior, a melt-in-your-mouth interior, and are packed-full of crispy kataifi, crunchy pistachios, and premium milk chocolate chips.
Our cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week (though it takes serious character to not devour them long before that.) You can eat them as-is, or heat them in a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 2-4 minutes, until warm and the chocolate turns melty.
You can freeze the cookies; if you choose to do so, we recommend that you individually wrap each one before storing them in the freezer. Whenever you’re ready to have the cookies – just pop them into a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 5-10 minutes, or until they’re heated through.
And, pro tip: You really DON’T want to keep your cookies in the refrigerator and you DON’T want to heat them in the microwave. Trust us on this one.
