The savory earthiness of miso paste, paired with the sweetness of caramel and the depth of flavor of dark chocolate chunks, creates an unexpected, sophisticated, and absolutely addictive flavor combination. Not to mention, this is one of our ooey-gooey-est cookies cookies we've made. The result is a perfect balance of sweet, salty, and creamy, in every single bite.
But how strong is the miso flavor, you ask? It’s not. We use it subtly, like a secret ingredient, in just the right amount that makes you think, “I have no idea what’s in this cookie, but I can’t stop eating it.”
Hand-crafted using only the finest ingredients and baked fresh to order, these decadent mega cookies have a crunchy exterior, a melt-in-your-mouth interior, and are packed-full of premium dark chocolate chunks.
Our cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week (though it takes serious character to not devour them long before that.) You can eat them as-is, or heat them in a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 2-4 minutes, until warm and gooey.
You can freeze the cookies; if you choose to do so, we recommend that you individually wrap each one before storing them in the freezer. Whenever you’re ready to have the cookies – just pop them into a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 5-10 minutes, or until they’re heated through.
And, pro tip: You really DON’T want to keep your cookies in the refrigerator and you DON’T want to heat them in the microwave. Trust us on this one.
