As part of our newest cookie line, the Stuffed Cookies – our ooey-gooey signature cookie dough, stuffed with the most delicious fillings we could think of – meet your childhood dream snack come to life: A Stuffed Cookie with an oh-so-thick double layer of peanut butter and jam, and then speckled with peanuts for that added crunch. This cookie is sweet, salty, tangy, soft, crunchy, and with an irresistible ooze of smooth peanut butter and creamy jam when you break into the cookie!
Hand-crafted using only the finest ingredients and baked fresh to order, these decadent mega cookies have a crunchy exterior, a melt-in-your-mouth interior, and are packed-full of peanut butter, peanuts, and raspberry jam.
Our cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week (though it takes serious character to not devour them long before that.) You can eat them as-is, or heat them in a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 2-4 minutes, until warm and the chocolate turns melty.
You can freeze the cookies; if you choose to do so, we recommend that you individually wrap each one before storing them in the freezer. Whenever you’re ready to have the cookies – just pop them into a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 5-10 minutes, or until they’re heated through.
And, pro tip: You really DON’T want to keep your cookies in the refrigerator and you DON’T want to heat them in the microwave. Trust us on this one.
