We’ve developed an innovative recipe for a protein-rich cookie dough – crafted using organic Einkorn Wheat, a protein-rich ancient grain, and premium whey protein – that’s still scrumptious and sublimely ooey-gooey (no chalky bites in site!). We then pack that dough with an obscene amount of premium dark chocolate chunks (that turns all melty when you heat the cookie up!), and the result is one of the best chocolate chip cookies you’ve had, that’s also a protein-rich treat.
This cookie is sublimely ooey-gooey, with a slightly crunchy exterior and an ultra-gooey interior; it’s bursting with premium dark chocolate chunks; and it has 15g of protein so every indulgent bite gets you closer to hitting those macros.
Hand-crafted using only the finest ingredients and baked fresh to order, these decadent mega cookies have a crunchy exterior, a melt-in-your-mouth interior, are packed-full of premium dark chocolate chips, and contain 15g of protein per cookie.
Our cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week (though it takes serious character to not devour them long before that.) You can eat them as-is, or heat them in a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 2-4 minutes, until warm and gooey.
You can freeze the cookies; if you choose to do so, we recommend that you individually wrap each one before storing them in the freezer. Whenever you’re ready to have the cookies – just pop them into a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 5-10 minutes, or until they’re heated through.
And, pro tip: You really DON’T want to keep your cookies in the refrigerator and you DON’T want to heat them in the microwave. Trust us on this one.
